Orders are mindfully prepared and processed within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, we will send a confirmation email straight to your inbox with your dedicated tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Times

On average, shipping takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that during exceptionally busy festive periods or seasonal peaks, slight delays may occasionally occur.

Shipping Method & Origin

To bring you our beautifully curated collections efficiently, all orders are shipped directly from our international warehouse. Depending on your delivery country, local customs fees or import duties may occasionally apply upon arrival.

Shipping Costs

Your shipping totals will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout, determined by the weight of your items, their destination, and your chosen delivery method.

Delivery Liability

  • Confirmed Deliveries: Once your tracking information officially confirms that a parcel has been successfully delivered to your specified address, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

  • Address Accuracy: We kindly ask that you review your shipping details very carefully before finalizing your order. Any delivery address corrections must be reported to us within 24 hours of purchase.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts the day after you (or a third party you designated, other than the carrier) received the goods. After you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
