These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via the website of Lily & Co., contactable via info@lilycodublin.com.

We make every effort to describe products correctly and provide up-to-date information. However, typographical errors or inaccuracies may occur.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are processed after receipt of full payment. Available payment methods may vary by country. Customers are responsible for checking which payment methods are available for their location.

4. Processing and Delivery

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping time: 3-7 business days (depending on location).

  • Origin: Shipping takes place directly from our international warehouse.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Return Policy for all conditions regarding returns and cancellations.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered. Always check the provided address carefully.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, photos, logos) is the property of Lily & Co. and may not be used without permission.

8. Complaints Procedure

Complaints can be submitted in writing via info@lilycodublin.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

9. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts the day after you (or a third party you designated, other than the carrier) received the goods. After you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
