At Lily & Co., we want you to absolutely love every piece you choose. However, we entirely understand that sometimes an item might not be quite right for your wardrobe. Below, you will find our clear, mindful guide to making a return.
Return Conditions

Receipt Requirement: You may only register a return once you have physically received your parcel.

Return Window: The 30-day return period starts on the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs—including any international delivery fees—are the full responsibility of the customer.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be beautifully preserved: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all labels and boutique tags still securely attached. Items that do not meet the return conditions are not eligible for a refund.

Trying on vs. Wearing: While you are more than welcome to try your pieces on at home to check the fit, wearing them out or for extended periods is not permitted.

Mindful Ordering: In line with our sustainable approach to fashion, purchasing multiple sizes of the same item with the specific intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
The Return Process

Get in Touch: To start your return, please contact our team at info@lilycodublin.com within 30 days of the order being marked as delivered by the carrier.
Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval. All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the return conditions to be approved. -
Warehouse Address: Upon approval, we will provide you with the correct shipping address for our international warehouse.

Dispatching Your Return: The return journey is completed entirely at your own expense, including any applicable shipping charges or local customs duties. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

Tracking Your Parcel: For complete peace of mind, we always strongly recommend using a shipping service that includes Track & Trace, as we can only process refunds for items that safely arrive at our warehouse. The customer is responsible for providing proof of return shipment.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, and confirmed to meet our return conditions, your refund will be approved. The purchase amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 days after the returned item has been received. We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund returns that do not meet our return conditions
Delivery & Address Liability

Confirmed Deliveries: We cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels if the tracking details officially state that the item was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy: Ensuring your delivery details are correct remains the responsibility of the customer.

12-Hour Window: If you happen to spot a mistake in your shipping address, please report it to us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can amend it before it leaves our hands.
